Overview
For their lakefront home, the Culver family wanted heirloom pieces with character. We designed a full collection including a custom dining table with a lake-shaped resin inlay, barn doors, and consoles. The result is a cohesive, meaningful set that feels both personal and timeless.
Our Approach
Our design process began by understanding the vision. The Culver family wanted heirloom-quality furniture that felt unique to their home and rooted in the natural setting of the lake.
We selected rare hardwoods that offered depth and character, then shaped the dining slab to mirror the curves of Flathead Lake.
We even included Wild Horse Island in the design and poured a blue resin inlay to represent the water.
With their home’s large windows in mind, we recommended a matte finish to avoid reflection and keep the overall feel warm and organic.
Every decision was made to create flow within the open layout and bring the space together in a cohesive way.

From the moment they walked into our showroom, we focused on making the experience easy and enjoyable.
The Culver family didn’t need to manage a single detail. We provided consistent updates throughout the process, including photos, timelines, and sample previews—especially helpful while they were traveling.
When it came time for delivery, we handled everything in-house, from installation to placement. We cleared the space, carefully installed each piece, and ensured the home was left exactly how they wanted it.
The Result
The final collection reflects everything the Culvers had hoped for. Each piece feels like a statement without overwhelming the space.
The custom barn door is visible through the front window and immediately catches the eye before you even walk through the door.
The furniture brings a sense of warmth, story, and presence to the home. It’s both inviting and elevated—a perfect balance of personal and refined.
